What can the experience of moving from a larger to a smaller university library tell us about systems librarianship? This presentation will explore the similarities and differences between larger and smaller libraries, and look at the questions of library culture, campus relationships, and the place of overarching principles in different kinds of library systems units. I will show that systems librarianship not homogeneous or monolithic, but varies between organizations.
